Do you have Ac, Decal, and all plugins including dual client in an alternate directory instead of the program files directory? If you have any of those in the program files or (x86) directory then it would cause problems.

Something is either installed in the wrong place or was installed out of order Per the 'Sticky Decal post' here in this forum.
The order things get installed in can be *VERY* important in determining if it'll work or not.

You probably need to run ACDC as administrator. Its possible you might also have to modify the properties of the other ac exe files to run as admin also. If you follow the decal sticky at the top of this forum it should help. I think its the third message that gives you the step-by-step instructions.
