i am trying to figure out how to code the xml file to say something the allegiance channel. i am not sure exactly how to do it and i cant get the darn site here to search for it.

why not open the speech or spells xml file and see how it's don


wouldn't it be something like <Spell Text="/a blah blah blah."/>


is the way it's coded in a spell array of casting requested spells in the spell.xml file


in the speech.xml there is a slightly different way of doing it

i think you are right on this. i cannot figure out how to edit the xml file in such away it says anything. and after doing some history searching i think it was something that was left out by design for some reason. not 100% on it but i think so.


really i just would be nice to have it set up so this way if someone wanted to annouce something to the allegiance 1 time ever 1 to 2 hours they could or if your out of or low on comps or something. or so it might even copy and paste in the motd and spam it every 4 hours or something. if anyone has some ideas let me know.


also does anyone know if the developer has gotten it uptoday with the lvl 8 spells yet?

There are no life/creature buff other level 8 spells in game. Only level 8 items buffs are in game right now.
