once everything is working, ac, decal, decal-plugins
dl and install ac-dc to your non defualt ac gaming directory you created for AC/decal/plugins.
then install it making sure you first installed net framework 1.1 and it's updates as these won't generally be installed on win 7 machines. and don't let some techno self styled guru tell you you've got net 3.5 and/or 4 and thus don't need 1.1 - that is utter BS ac-dc was written using 1.1 and will NOT work with 2, 3.5 or 4. you need each and every type of framework a various plugin you run was written against/for/with.
during the install of ac-dc you need to let it establish subdirectores for each of the accounts you have. have 2 or 3 accounts (even if you may not always be running 2 or 3 on the same machine) you must give it that max number. ac-dc will then create a subdirectory in your AC folder (assuming you pointed it to the correct sub) labeled /2, /3, ... /x (upto the max number you indicated). then all the important files are copied form AC into /2, /3 .... /x.
thus each 'account' you log in on the machine has its very own copy of ac files to use. first account logged in uses the AC folder files, 2nd account uses /2, third /3 .... upto x which uses obviously /x
