It was a good 3rd party app, but I really dont think its worth the 20$ Is there a web based version? Id settle for a giant JPEG map with details on quest, town, & dungeon locations. Any out there?

You could use GoArrow. It has a decent ingame map of dereth and is able to display dungeon maps from acmaps.com
