hi...had decal 2.9.6.0 working and running fine on my win6 64 bit system...got a new plugin and maker said I needed decal 2.9.6.4 so i upgraded and now the new decal will not show up at all...any help would be much appreciated...heres my print out...

What happens if you disable all of the plugins and filters that go with the plugin? Try that just to make sure it is not one of the plugins making decal fail.

Is this an upgrade version of Win7 where XP was the original OS?


If it is, you will continue to have problems as long as you keep AC (assuming decal and plugins too) installed in the "Program Files" directory.


Even if it was working when you originally installed it, I have been helping people alot the last few weeks with this exact problem. I'm thinking a windows security update is the cause of the problems.


Your best option is going to be uninstalling everything and following the directions in the sticky at the top of the forum. You are missing some files that are listed in it.
