I have tried ACDC, and ACMultiClient. Both with the exact same result. First account loads up fine. Even with Decal turned on. 2nd Account gets to character screen just fine. Hit "ENTER" and it goes to the background screen, but there is never any portal noise. It just waits a minute or two then the ping goes to red and drops.
I am fairly certain that I have downloaded and installed all the DECAL and ACDC/ACMC files. I have both accounts set up in C:/Games file (Second account in C:/Games/2).
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have at least two ports forwarded from your router to your pc for AC?

Go to the userpreferences file for AC and set "computeuniqueport" to true

With ACDC I have my S PORT at 9000 and my E PORT at 9050.
You might want to post a Decal Export, there might be something that you're missing.
