Decal Plugin: auto train critter/life/item schools...

This is a shot in the dark but does anyone remember a decal plugin back in 03-05'ish where you can use in a meeting hall, at the mana pool, and the plugin will train your critter/life/item schools casting from level 1-6 every few minutes to help increase it as you use it?
