Did you install msxml?
Also, we're going to need a little better description about the problem you're having. Please elaborate with detail.

I'm having an issue with it, maybe someone can help me out...
Whenever I attempt to configure my mule trade it! in game, An error window pops up "Run-time error '429': ActiveX component can't create object"
Does anybody have a solution to this problem, I've googled it and seen many have come across this problem but nobody seems to post their solution after they solve it.

if msxml4 isn't installed, install it
