Running Windows 7. Is there a step by step beginning to end install post somewhere, .dll, where to install, folders, clients etc??? Seem to have issues regardless of what I do.

Links in the original post, though you may have to go to Virindis site to get Decal.
In the 4th response there is a step by step.
