Hustle-, did you even bother going to the post linked FOR ACMC? It's linked in the first part of that thread ( I just checked and the link *IS* 'Live'.

ACDC on any OS past XP can be dependent on having both the Pre-Req's (in the correct order) AND proper UAC permissions for AC, Decal and ACDC (as well as ACMC I suspect).

I assume that you have AC, Decal and ACDC (and the soon to be tried ACMC )ALL installed of 'Program fiels and it's various potential sub directories, if not, well you're going to have issues. Also the above items should be set to 'Run as Administrator as well.... The core 'bones' of AC and everythign were set long before Vista/Win7 were concieved and do some thing in ways that Vista/Win7 don't 'like' to willing allow..... which is why they need run as Admin setting.
