I run vista. I had to wipe my pc yesterday due to it acting odd. After 14 hours of one problem after another, everything is running but decal. I went down the list of downloadable things to make it work. I also have it downloaded it a user profile as opposed to program files.

It will not work while that says no version.

If you can't remove it using the decal remove option, you probably will have to uninstall decal and run the clean utility program.
