your messages.xml file is showing a later version than the current. Run update again and make sure you get all the files.

EDIT: It looks like others are having this same issue. Wait for the dev team to check the files on the server.

When I play AC. i have to log onto the game without decal running then log off put decal on and then i can run the game. If I try logging in first with decal running the game wont load and lose connection.
