Anyone experienced this? Can log into all worlds except one.

Been trying to help a guy out and this crap has me stumped.
He can log into all white worlds, but when he tries logging into DT, he crashes like it's a port issue, with the black screen/yellow red linking/disconnecting.
I've had him try deleting this portal.dat file/changing the port pref in the ac .ini/turning off decal/turning off all A/V programs.
Just has me stumped that all worlds but one are fine.

Yep, every char.
It just let him in last nite, but once he logged the char out he hasnt been able to get back in.

Is he running Decal? If so see if you can get a dump of his export and have him log in without Decal running.

Already tried that.
He has about 10 things connected wirelessly and wired to his router, so i'm thinking unless he has a high end router, he may be having some kind of port/ip conflict.
