I added my assault orb, with vuls, for a few high level tumeroks, which worked fine.
The problem is now VT uses the assault orb for everything weak to slashing, even when the orb is not buffed.
My buffed slash rend wand has superior melee def and elemental damage stats compared to the assault orb, even when it's buffed.
Of course, the slash rend wand does triple the damage compared to the assault orb (except using vuls and against tummies)
How can I make VT only use the assault orb for the monsters I specified and default to my slash rend wand for all others weak to slash?
I don't want to have to add every monster weak to slash manually.

The order you place them in the item list matters. If you have two that do the same type of damage VTank I believe selects the last one in the list. Place your assault orb in first then your slash rend wand you want used most of the time. Then the assault orb will only be used on critters you have set it for in monster list.

I think thats the way it works, I may have it backwards. Look at your item list and just reverse the order in the list they are presently at.

If you are above 130 try getting a Weapon Upgrade kit to Enhance your Assault Orb, it works out quite nicely once Enhanced. I've actually stopped carrying a slash rend on any toon of mine that carries an Enhanced Assault Orb.

I have an upgrade kit on the orb.
Without casting a vul, the slash rend seems to work better.
