What does it take to tank a sentinel?

Wondering what kind of skills it takes to tank an olthoi sentinel. Assuming I can debuff UA, str, coord, what meleed and meleed mod would I need to live? No rares, please
I think I'm at 540 buffed now, and can tink up any 20d mod bow with brass im sure.

I assume you mean the Paradox-Touched Sentinel. You will be fine at 540 melee d, so long as you use a brass-tinked weapon. You may take the occasional hit, but as long as you can heal without dropping out of combat mode you will be fine.
