13.5 pounds after trimming. Will be on until 7 PM. Sure to be my best.

that's the exact one I have.. can be a pita to maintain even temps
do you do all wood, or wood charcoal mix?

I'm doing wood charcoal. But when it's cold out it's hard to get hot enough. As far as uneven temps go, I never thought I needed to put a pan of water in it but an old hand at smoking says it helps to equalize the temps. When I thought about it that made sense to me.
