At that size with the right kinds of fish and good filters you could probably get away with only having to change the water out every 6 months or so.

Looks cool, but that whole room would have musty aquarium smell and cleaning it would be a huge pain.
Edit: That much water close to electronics is always a gamble as well.

i had a fish tank for YEARS and i don't recall it ever calming me. but then, it must have done something if i was willing to go through all of that hassle for some goddamn fish. i'd clean it every month.  like i'd clean the water out and rub the walls down and make sure my fish weren't stressed out and everything.
