$550 for 4 books
but picking up a toshiba thrive tomorrow for a $150 price valid only for current students.
cheapest on google shopping is $365
score.

I got one book free from torrent, the other three were cheapo books on amazon.

look online for books...a lot of them can be found for free (not necessarily legal) or for reduced prices. Also, there are places you can rent books too...and I found that Amazon or half.com are a lot better than my school bookstores ever were, and you can get a guaranteed buy-back on a lot of the books.

Our books for 8 classes came out to $350.  Gotta love renting.

The professor I have who is teaching geology, used to run copies off from his workbook and hand them out for the past years.(I had him for 2 other sciences.)
Then we create a lab journal, apparently the school told him he couldn't, something to do with copy-right issues or something.(really now how many teachers make copies from their books, it happens all the time)
So now instead of buying a $5 tabbed folder/notebook to keep and add stuff too, now its a $120+ for a stupid workbook.
The other one is for the study of personality traits and disorders.
