I dont have a problem with UI and such.
I have a problem with people who ABUSE the system.
Most people don't though, or don't for very long.

You pay into unemployment (if we don't get into extended benefits/etc) so that's like saying you are a parasite if you get into a car accident and then try and file a claim.
UI can be a very good safety net for people, but far too many people abuse it. So, unemployed lazy bums are parasites but not all unemployed are lazy bums.
