It feels like someone has their finger in my left shoulder.

And they are twisting and poking. And it's been feeling like this a lot more lately. It usually lasts a week or so before it lets up. And it's only been 3 weeks since the last time. I had my second surgery about 10 years ago. My doc thought it would go another 10-15 years before I needed it replaced like my knee. I hope my right arm continues to get stronger before I give in to surgery.

mine feels like that when my clavicle gets out of alignment. It eventually goes away on it's own, but it's sure annoying as f*** until it does.
