When the RIAA goes stomping around trying to eliminate their competition we'll notice it.

Can the new provision stop 'outside' coming in? If so, we'll lose a ton of content. If not, it probably won't affect us unless we host a site that 'they' deem problematic.

Most torrent or illegal sites are not based in the US, so while our southern neighbours may not be able to illegally obtain stuff, we should still be able to.

In protest? Maybe.

Remember when they shut down wikileaks? There are like 100 mirrors within a day or two.

I predict the same thing. Or yes, they could move.

But I assume that they'd never have the stones to block wikipedia. It's public knowledge not copyright infringement and it's far to popular to go quietly into the night. Maybe the photos on the pages might be considered infringement?

Personally, I think YouTube (isn't that owned by Google?) has way more to fear than half these other sites.
