You can probably find some better! Check this site out..this guy is a jerky pro with his reviews.

He rates Mingua's varieties as "average".
I like Crazy Horse, which you can order online and read about at this site too. Riley's Jerky is also good from California if you want some good, durable jerky that will keep a while on camping/backpacking trips and whatnot.
