I can see it now. Some diphsit neighbor sees the guy through a window, thinks bad stuff is happening, calls the cops, SWAT shows up, busts the door down and murders the dude for playing a game.

I just got this crazy mental image of someone doing a leopard crawl around their living room trying to sneak up on the tv.
