I don't know if I need any of these. I remember using a really early version of one of them years ago. But it's available until the end of February...I might take advantage of it.

I made this super cool one once, it was a glass pyramid sitting in a pool of black liquid, with a green glass like spaceship flying by on a dark purple nightscape.
I wish I still had it.
another cool free software is Teragen, it also does 3d landscapes.
