Also, like father like son. His own father could have done similar to Josh.

EDIT-And I am thinking he killed his wife because she found out what he was doing. And Josh killed himself because he knew the authorities had the images. I still don't know why he killed his sons. I can only imagine it's because he was a selfish person that didn't love anyone but himself.

Apparently what they found wasn't real pictures, but rather some sort of personal computer generated incest porn. Which in many ways seems far more disturbing. It wasn't a cause or a reason. It sounds more like it was simply another symptom of a truly fluqed up and dangerous individual.
