I tried to order a couple 10 round 9mm mags but they won't deliver to MA because of a high capacity laws.. I called their customer service and tried to explain that MA considers anything over 10 high capacity, and 10 round mags are legal.. but the lady was useless and had nothing to offer as an explanation why they won't ship. arrg..
makes no sense to me.

Never used their online ordering but I have been to their store(s) many times.
Sounds like time to move!
If you have a local store ask if they can ship it there, if not, ship to a friend in another state and then have them ship it to you. Sadly, they have to follow whatever bs rules their are, like it or not, truth or not. They have too much liability.

Cheaperthandirt is very definitely a retailer that would just rather not piss around with things like states holding out on Brady Bill nonsense, or with hazmat fees for shippnig primers/powder.
If it's true that your mags are not "illegal" in MA, then you might want to try to contact another person at CTD, but you might also just look at a place like http://www.cdnninvestments.com/

I would move back to NH in a NY minute.
Mass is retarded. You can't even order a pocket knife on line and get it shipped here. It just makes no sense when they're legal to possess.

thanks for the link. My usual other places don't carry the one's I'm looking for. I check to see if they carry them

You can also try: http://www.midwayusa.com/ and bud's gun shop online. I have no idea about their shipping policy for your state though.
*And check if you have a regular gun show come through your area. Also some ranges around you may be able to order them for you for a small fee of course.

they only had the 17 round mags, but Buds had the 10 round and didn't squawk at checkout about shipping to MA (which they shouldn't) .
yay.

Yeah I got a bunch of 30 round mags for a Ruger mini-14 from them. No probs at all.
