I've always loved time-lapse of night sky. It's very hard to imagine how the constellations and the rest of the solar system "rotate around us" during the night. For some reason, the earth spinning and how that effects how we see the sun is kinda easy to imagine, but it's different with the "whole night sky full of stars". Seeing a several-hour time lapse of the night sky really allows you to easily imagine standing on a spinning ball in space.
