I don't normally watch reality TV, or even the (partially) scripted unreality shows... but this damn show has me hooked. I'm rooting for the kid and his grandpa to do well.

I could do without all the competition shows, survivor, bachelor etc.. those are the ones that really irk me more than the others because they're just so incredibly fake. Then all the niche shows that teach nothing good teen mom, toddlers in tiaras etc. can go after that. the towing and bounty hunter type shows need to go as well.

There are some shows, that while not necessarily 100% spontaneous, actually are interesting and have some kind of value to them. like the antique shows and DIY home/yard renovation shows. that damned HGTV can sure get me to keep watching show if I'm doing something else like net surfing... I stop paying much attention and they just go on for hours from one to the next without too much difference between them, LOL.
