Ok. read article in full, that was interesting. I think the old guy is getting screwed over here. Lets be honest here. Would she have had the same reaction if he was a 20 year old football star rather than 59 year old Rodney Dangerfield headed Back to School? Also, universities love to talk about freedom of speech and freedom to learn, but they're going to bust this guys balls for writing something that I don't even see was explicit about the teacher for an unrestricted topic writing assignment?

he wrote about his first impressions of his professor, Pamela Mitzelfeld, describing her as "tall, blonde, stacked, smart, articulate."
He gets kicked out for 3 semesters and can't return to finish his degree until he gets psychological help. Wow. Dickish to say the least.

Yeah I read the whole article too and I think it's utter bullsh*t.
I hope he seeks a lawsuit to at least set an example.
That prissy prude bitch needs to be taken down a notch or 2.

Well, I think it needs to be professional myself. If you had a job and you were a writer would you write something like that about your boss? I suspect he knew the problems he would cause and did it just to be an ass. And maybe he wants the attention. In any event, I do not agree with it or think it's OK. As much as I joke here, this place is not for professional writing.

I wouldn't have written it either, but I think the university over-reacted here if that is the extent of his "controversial" writings. Maybe he got a little more explicit and descriptive but they just didn't mention that in the article.

The guy might be super creepy and freak everyone out, let alone the teacher he was stalking. If you look solely at the facts he's got a point but the teacher might be nauseated indefinitely.
