Anyone played Serious Sam 3?

Looks like the same as most of them have been, I heard the balance isn't the same it won't pick up until a few levels in it's not as good as the second one.
Looks very similar in style to the old doom games or duke nukem I guess if your craving a 90's actioner you'd like it.
It looked very oudated even on relese day to me so I am waiting until it's $5 to give it a run myself.

what's your opinion of it?
Gamespot gave it a 6.0 and IGN a 7 and from what I read and saw I agreed with them
it retained the feeling of the past games but did nothing to innovate the series and didn't look to me it was developed to compete in 2011
and it's not worth $40
might as well pirate it and check it out I guess
