Very cool. The concept of a civilization construction kit is a great idea. Not just the bits and pieces that can be used now by farmers and your green/tree-hugger crowd but the thought process behind it being applied to things like third world development and eventually colonization of space.

Farmers have been doing things like this forever actually. I know many people who have built their own tractors, combines, etc,etc. Its pretty cool.
