Today's my birthday

My folks flew in to spend the long weekend with me.

We went out to the bar on Saturday, my folks too, and hung out with my best friend (his birthday is in 3 days). Dad picked up the tab and bought us a ton of drinks. My best friend is getting married in September so my folks were super interested to see how things were going. As the best man...I already knew

Then, we did a huge dinner party here with the extended family on Sunday.

I got a ton of cash from relatives...even though I told them not to show up with anything, and NO gifts.

Today was just a quiet day playing a few board games with the old man. Went out for breakfast and then made some steaks for my parents and I for dinner.


Just got back from driving my parents back to the airport...and my brother and his buddies were over about to play a poker game. Invited me, made $20.00 (rofl), but it was tons of fun. Good people, lots o'booze.


Great weekend. Great family.

By the way...turning the big 30 means you celebrate bigger next time!

I did it 8 years ago with friends and was a blast.

Former HG'er, and heavy poster on that former. But I've never modded on HG.


Posted as a mod while modding other boards there...


Havn't been there in awhile though. I miss Jayna
