i put 1/4 cup of quick oats, 2 tbsp chia seeds and cassia (just kind of guessed.) in a bowl with 3/4 cup of almond milk with coconut milk in it. let that sit over night, then i sliced up a banana and put that in. you're supposed to mush up the banana and mix it in but for whatever reason, if i mush the banana up, i'm completely allergic to it. so i just sliced it. it was shockingly good. like this will be my new breakfast from now on i think. i just have to figure out how to mix in some amaranth that i bought to go with it w/o realizing that isht needed to be cooked first.

edit: http://www.almondbreeze.com/?navid=530&pid=535 i was supposed to use unsweetened vanilla milk but i saw the coconut and was like pfft. getting this!

because the doctors took my fibula out of it to transplant it into my right leg when i was a kid, my ankle grew crooked and caused really severe arthritis in the joint and i had to have a major surgery when i was 17 to correct the slanting that broke it in half completely, to remove a wedge from the bone to straighten it up. then that didn't heal for over a year, but it finally did, then i had them take the bone plate out because it was forever causing me additional pain. now i get steroid injections in it like every 6 months or so and can barely walk on it some days. i've seriously considered trying to get them to amputate that foot at times.
