Since they require a number, an uppercase, and a symbol I totally forgot what password I used, so I hit reset password. It says for protection password has been turned off until I reset it from the email.
So I go do that. Their reset password function doesn't do ****, just refreshes, clearing the fields and doesn't reset the password. After trying a few times I send them an email about it
Their response is along the lines of "I'm sorry you're having trouble, we are more than happy to help, give us a call at blah blah blah" then went into something about how many movies I should keep in my queue and then another "please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with"
I hate companies.
