Ohhh this one...it's been making the rounds/reposts on Live Leak/Ebaum for a bit now.
It amazes me that NOW he posts a vid asking for help at the 700 pound mark. What about when he hit the 300 pound mark. The 400 pound mark?!?!

Jesus... while on the one hand i feel so bad for the guy to be in such a situation at only 23, on the other hand i have to ask the same questions as you Reap. The video said he lives with his mother, so the chances are she is enabling him in some way or another.
I hope for his sake he can get the weight off. He's young, and if he's lucky he will get the weight off and get a "normal" life.

Yeah, i thought that too. At my absolute heaviest i hadnt even hit 300lbs and i was so freaked out by my weight that i knew i had to do something about it. I cant imagine waiting until someone had to wipe my butt for me and help me walk, that would just be beyond mortifying.

Someone is feeding him crap food. A guy like this likely has a hard time moving and can't prepare anything/cook by himself. If he's sitting on the couch starving and his only source of food is the junk that made him fat, his efforts will always be compromised. Whoever is feeding him either doesn't care or is in need of some serious education.
