Harper is part Shar-Pei. He has no folds, which is awesome since they require a lot of maintenance, but his skin is crazy loose. Like "grab both sides of his face and pull" kind of loose which is funny as all hell.

We had a Shar-Pei when I was a kid, one of the unfriendlist dogs I have been around. She wasnt a pleasent dog at all.
