It should have ended with the Federal Agent following Waldo into a factory and then uttering 'Mother of God...' when he realizes it's a Candy Cane factory.

When that one dude, with the American flag behind him, was saying he is a master of hiding I was hoping for Waldo to be hiding in the flag and give him a neck break.
