Its is extremely advantageous for whoever he decides to play for if he decides prior to free agent signing period opening, which is why he needs to do it quick. If a team signs him they are obviously playing for now rather than later, they will go hog wild in free agency to fill in whatever other pieces are missing around him.

exactly...and curious if Wayne/Saturday are going to follow. Wayne has stated that the NFL (joking) wouldnt allow him and Manning to go to Miami...

I think there are better FA receivers than Wayne out there, he is familiar with him so that maybe makes sense.
