local gun shop has these 4 targets worth of exploding material for $40.
now what we do is combine them into a big container like a 2 liter.
I have thought about blowing up a 5 gallon bucket worth but we figure it would cost around $500.

We got some of this stuff from Cabelas and placed one of those half pound jars of it mixed up in front of a non functioning 19" TV and shot it with a 308 at 200 yards. The sound and dialog went like this:
Me: ~pulls trigger~
My rifle: CRRACK!
Tannerite: BOOOMM!
My friend's son: WHERE'D THE TV GO?
Pretty much the sane effect on a 2 drawer sheet metal filing cabinet that had rusted and had missing hardware.
Those were both from just one of the containers which she used 3 of in that video.
