Ususally I sleep like crap. havent gotten more than 5 hours per night of straight sleep in weeks and some nights were like 2 or 3.
I just got 10 hours sleep last night thanks to 2 tylenol PM pills delivered shortly before bed at 9.
I'M ON TOP OF THE WORLD!
I haven't felt this good in a long time. Getting a good nights sleep is so important.

I can't remember the last time I had anything close to 10 hours sleep, NM 8 hours

I've never taken any type of sleep aid, other than a good BJ from the wife.  Occasionally, my wife takes some Tylenol PM - swears it does a great job of just letting her get to sleep and stay asleep.

I only took Ambien for 5 or 6 nights before I could feel the pull of dependency from it.
Very scary.

Thats benadryl, which is much cheaper. Well all those PM drugs use it as the sleep aide.
