Mangler had an accident on the way home from the liquor store. He was run off the road and crashed into a woman's clinic. It was one giant Pabst smear.

The Oatmeal Butterscotch paired with a Snickerdoodle
turned my cynical penis into a happy vagina
Then after an Oatmeal Cranberry and Double Chocolate,
it made my new vagina spontaneously sing the Trolololo Song in an elevator.

Eh Star Trek has a history of recycling minor/recurring characters in other roles.
Jeffrey Combs, for example, was most well-known in ST S9 as Weyoun, but he also played several other minor roles through the DS9 series.

Ayep. As new characters or as crossover eps.
I love it when I rewatch an old movie/tv show and see someone that 20+ years later still pops up in random things. I was watching Teen Wolf (the original) not long ago and this blonde jock guy on the basketball team looked familiar and then it hit me. He plays Tom Scavo, the husband of Lynette on Desperate Housewives now.
Seems a lot of minor characters (and even some major ones) like to be on those cheesy SyFy made for tv movies as well. There was one with Dinoshark vs Megacroc that had Jaleel White (Steve Urkel) and Robert Picardo (Holo doc on Voyager) on it.
I would love to be on one of those myself. They are just good campy fun
