They just came by themselves, so i ate them plain, but i get the feeling southerners use some kind of dipping sauce.

First time I tried them there was a goat cheese-based dipping sauce. It was pretty good. I would probably be fine with just some ranch for dipping.

I've had a couple of different things served with them.
I think my favorite so far was a corn relish @ Acres of Land.
I haven't been back there since their restaurant burnt down a few years ago, but I've heard that they've reopened it. Not sure if they have the same menu...
