especially anyone who has done it as a business, or worked at a business that did it anything like this?

I'm hoping to pick your brain about legal stuff, setting up, where you make the most money etc.

Wow, what are you, 12? Why don't you open up a lemonade stand while you're at it. Don't forget to come check ACF for legal information regarding lemonade stands.

My aunt does it. She seems to do well at it. She had a slow start, but once she got on board with local businesses she got a lot better.

Yes, legal stuff, like insurance, and if they have clients sign waivers that they've been advised that the paint can cause an allergic reaction, if they require parental consent under 18, or 13 or what.

Basically I don't want to get my ass sued back to the dark ages, and I want to find out who their best clients are, if it's worth it to get a booth at fairs, cost vs profit. If they've ever setup in a stadium parking lot where people are tailgating to do team face painting or logo tattoos.

and that's another thing I want to find out about, donating a portion of proceeds to charity vs making a non-profit business with paying myself a salary.
