I used to work in the building where this happened by. Also, used to ride the lightrail to work...

I see the problem.
Sacramento.
That place is a sh**hole.
I dreaded going into Sacramento when I lived in Davis.

I pretty much dislike Sacramento, Elk Grove, Davis.... etc. Rather not live in these areas but I live and work in Elk Grove, work in Sacramento, and party in Davis.
