SACRAMENTO, Calif. - April 7, 2012 (WPVI) -- After spending over a week in jail, a Sacramento judge decided to keep an alleged rape victim locked up, possibly for another 1 1/2 weeks.
"I can't tell you how terribly sorry I am that you're in the circumstance that you're in," Judge Lawrence Brown told the victim.
The teenager sobbed in court when she heard the judge's decision. She's been locked up to ensure she appears in court when her alleged attacker, Frank Rackley, goes on trial.

Why do we even try to pretend were a "free country" anymore. There is nobody with the intelligence greater than a dog that believes that bullsiht rhetoric.
Oh and remember the NDAA and all the back and forth on that? Well the upshot is that you did indeed lose your constitutional rights when any administration deems it so. American citizen or not.

Yeah its scary this country is become a fascist state, using the war on terror as a excuse.
