it's literally taking this guy 10+ minutes between times i say anything to reply to me and he keeps asking me stupid questions i've already answered. i know this is easter and everything but come the fk on. ea is retarded.

I got a full refund for ME3 by saying the ending sucked, from Origin Support. Worked for me.

all i had to do was restart origin to fix it but god forbid their support tell me that was how to do it. i was in that chat with him for 30 minutes.
