Ages ago you posted what may have seemed like a casual post..you posted as 'relaxation' thread. A link to 'Rainymood.com' The endless link to the jazz music, and the long loop of the fireplace on youtube.

Since then, I have fallen asleep to Rainymood, and it has not only improved my sleep, it's been a godsend for how long I actually stay sleeping.

It truly improved my health in terms of sleep, and I will always be forever grateful for that one post that helped change my life.

IDK if that even means anything to you, but, it helped me (and others, I linked 'Rainy Mood' to a bunch of people), so...thanks.

Yup. I don't know if it's being born and raised in Hawaii...I got used to falling asleep to the sound of rain alot...when I moved to L.A., we had enough rain sporadically that I was still ok...moving to Vegas...yeesh.

My sleep pattern changed, but I was younger so I just adapted, but as I got older my sleep pattern got all wonky....tried melatonin that helped here and there...

But when Bronamo posted that one thread...wow...Rainmymood.com was on pretty much every day..lthe jazz and fireplace came and went, but still, to this day, put on rainymood when i go to sleep.
